Refund Policy

1. No Refunds Policy

All payments made for Linklify's Pro plan are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Unused portions of your subscription period
  • Dissatisfaction with the Service
  • Failure to cancel before your next billing cycle
  • Accidental purchases or duplicate payments

2. Free Plan & Trial Available

Linklify offers a fully functional Free plan at no cost, which includes core link management, the Minimal profile template, a store, blog, and booking link. New Pro subscribers also receive a 7-day free trial to experience all Pro features before being charged. We encourage all users to use the free trial to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your Pro features (all 10 templates, full analytics, leads capture, digital downloads, priority support) will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan after your billing period ends
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your billing period

4. Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. We will review your case and, if a billing error is confirmed, we will correct it accordingly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of your account.

5. Service Modifications

If we make significant changes to the Service that materially reduce its functionality, we may, at our sole discretion, offer credits or adjustments to affected subscribers. This is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
