Terms of Service — Linklify

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Linklify ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Linklify is a link-in-bio and short link platform that lets you create a personalised public profile page, manage short links, and track performance — with built-in Amazon affiliate support and a subscription model. The Service allows you to:

Create a public profile page at linklify.link/@username with your display name, bio, avatar, and social links
Choose from multiple profile templates to customise your page's appearance
Create, edit, and manage short links with custom slugs
Use two link types: Generic (any URL) and Amazon (with automatic affiliate tag injection)
Toggle links active/inactive and control which links appear on your public profile
Organise links with tags
Track link clicks and view analytics including country, device, browser, and referrer data
Generate product preview cards for Amazon links
Add products, services, and digital downloads to a store section displayed on your public profile page
Capture leads through a contact form widget on your profile (Pro)
Publish blog posts accessible from your public profile
Link to external booking calendars from your profile

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You may optionally add an Amazon Associates affiliate tag at signup or later in your account settings. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring your Amazon affiliate tag is valid and complies with Amazon's terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Distribute malware, spam, or malicious content
Circumvent or manipulate Amazon's affiliate program terms
Create links to prohibited, illegal, or harmful content
Create phishing, scam, or fraudulent redirect links
Create links to illegal content including piracy, illicit drugs, or weapons trafficking
Use misleading or deceptive link destinations that do not match their description
Post adult or NSFW content on public profile pages
Impersonate other users, brands, or public figures
Use automated bots or scripts to create links or manipulate click counts
Abuse, harass, or harm other users
Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or reverse engineer any aspect of the Service

5. Content & Link Policy

You are solely responsible for all content you publish through the Service, including your profile page content (display name, bio, avatar), links, store items, blog posts, and any associated metadata.

We reserve the right to:

Review, monitor, or scan links and profile content for policy violations
Disable, remove, or redirect any link that violates these Terms or applicable law
Suspend or remove public profile pages that contain prohibited content
Take down profiles or links without prior notice in cases of severe violations (e.g. phishing, malware, illegal content)
Report illegal content or activity to the appropriate authorities

6. User-Generated Content

The Service allows you to create and publish content including profile pages, short links, display names, bios, avatars, social media links, store items, and blog posts. You retain ownership of your content, but by using the Service you grant Linklify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service (e.g. rendering your public profile page).

This licence terminates when you delete your content or account, except where your content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.

7. Amazon Affiliate Compliance

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for compliance with Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement and all applicable affiliate program terms. Linklify provides FTC-compliant disclosure on redirect pages, but you remain responsible for proper disclosure in your promotional content.

8. Pricing and Payment

The Free plan is available at no cost and includes: up to 50 short links, the Minimal profile template, up to 5 products and 5 services in your store, a built-in blog, a booking link, 50 MB media library, and per-link click counts
The Pro plan is billed monthly and includes: unlimited short links with custom slugs, all 10 profile templates, full click analytics (country, device, browser, OS, daily trends, 1-year history), unlimited store items, digital downloads, leads capture plugin, 250 MB media library, and priority support
New Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial
Pro subscription payments are processed through Paddle Billing — Linklify does not process payments for products or services listed in your store; those transactions happen directly between you and your customers outside the platform
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time; your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the billing period

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
Refuse service to anyone for any reason
Limit storage, links, or other resources

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Linklify and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content and links.

11. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy to provide and improve the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
All shortened links may become inaccessible
We may delete your account data after a reasonable period

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee:

That the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
That defects will be corrected
Specific click-through rates or conversion results
Compatibility with Amazon's systems or policies

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKLIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linklify from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

16. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Amazon and other third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their actions.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
